The climate is fresh and well ventilated with good thermal excursions and abundant rainfalls.
In the vineyards we intervene only when necessary, letting the vines create a natural balance with the ecosystem where they are settled.

Annual yields are around 30 to 70 quintals depending on the vintage and the grape variety.
Some of the work in the vineyard is done by hand, some with the help of a small crawled tractor.
The respect of the ecosystem, the observation of the health state of the plants, the care of the soil are all essential to us.
